With over 40 years of expertise in the field, Dr. Ferhanoğlu is a distinguished member of various prestigious medical societies, including the Turkish Society of Hematology, International Society of Hematology, European Hematology Association, American Society of Hematology, and European Bone Marrow Transplantation Society. He obtained his medical degree from Istanbul University in 1978 and completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in hematology at the same institution in 1982 and 1988, respectively.
