Dr. Ozlen Rodop Ozgur is a highly experienced ophthalmologist based in Istanbul, Turkey. Dr. Ozgur obtained her medical degree from Istanbul University’s School of Medicine in 1998. She then completed her residency training at Kartal Dr. Lütfi Krdar Teaching and Research Hospital in 2002. In 2015, she was promoted to the position of Associate Professor at the same facility. Additionally, in 2017, she successfully passed the European Board of Certification for Ophthalmology exam, earning the prestigious title of fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology. Throughout her career, Dr. Ozgur has actively participated in numerous local and international congresses, with over 50 local congresses and 7 international congresses attended. She has also published 130 presentations on various eye-related topics. Apart from her professional achievements, Dr. Ozgur is fluent in English and has a special interest in Eye Lid Aesthetics, Diseases of eyelid and annexes, Blepharospasm, Benign and malign tumors of eyelid and lid reconstruction, Congenital and acquired obstruction of lacrimal ducts, Evisceration, enucleation, and Ocular surface reconstruction.
