Dr. Hari Prasad is a highly experienced Pulmonologist with over 15 years of practice. He is currently working as a Consultant at Apollo Speciality Hospital in Jayanagar, Bangalore, India. Dr. Prasad specializes in interventional pulmonology, asthma, sleep medicine, and critical care. He completed his medical education at Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, and went on to pursue a residency in pulmonary medicine (MD) at Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education. He further enhanced his expertise by completing a Fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine (DM) at Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh. Dr. Prasad has contributed to the field through numerous papers and publications. His special interests include flexible bronchoscopy, rigid bronchoscopy, thoracoscopy (including placement of intercostal drainage tubes), critical care, and polysomnography.
