Dr. Ashish Katewa is a renowned Pediatric and Congenital Heart Surgeon in India with over 14 years of experience. He has expertise in neonatal and pediatric cardiac surgery, adult congenital heart surgery, root translocations, pediatric arrhythmia surgery, bloodless cardiac surgery, management of single ventricles, and airway surgery.He has performed more than 6,000 pediatric cardiac surgeries, covering a wide range of complex congenital heart conditions.Dr. Katewa completed his MBBS from SMS Medical College, Jaipur, followed by an MD in General Surgery and MCh in Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery from King Edward Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. He further trained in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Australia.He is an active member of several leading medical bodies, including the Saloni Heart Foundation (USA), Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Child Heart Centre (Fiji), the Society of Pediatric and Congenital Heart Surgery (WSPCHS), the Pediatric Cardiac Society of India (PCSI), and the Indian Association of Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeons. He also serves as a Governing Council Member of the Society of Pediatric & Congenital Heart Surgeons (SPCHS) of India.
