I had been suffering from fever for quite a few days and was too weak to go to the doctor. Then a colleague suggested to visit CK Birla as it was closest from my flat at Sector 51. The booking experience over phone was hassle free and the appointment details were sent on my WhatsApp. I just showed it at the reception and they guided me all through the process. The invoice, prescription, lab reports and every update was sent on WhatsApp at each step. Since there was no one accompanying me and I was feeling weak, the representative helped me out so that I did not have to stand for long. The doctor was very experienced and carefully listened to the problems. The number of medicines prescribed were not very large and the timings were suited to before and after my work hours for convenience.
