I had a admission for 1 week at Max Hospital in Gurgoan Shushant Lok Phase 1. Firstly the bed was not given on time while the patient was in severe fever for 2 hours. Advance money was deducted in advance. No proper clarification on payment even tho i had insurance. It looked like to front money minded hospital rather then being sympathetic and empathetic towards patients and their health.
